Working principle
Warehouse pump is a device that mixes materials with compressed air for conveying, and is an important component of pneumatic conveying systems. When working, the materials are first loaded into the bin pump, and then compressed air is introduced into the bin pump to fully mix the materials and air to form a gas-solid mixture with certain fluidity. Under the pressure of the compressed air, the materials are transported to the destination through pipelines. Warehouse pumps can be divided into single chamber pumps and double chamber pumps according to their working mode, and can be divided into dense phase conveying and dilute phase conveying according to their conveying mode.
Performance characteristics
Large conveying capacity, capable of long-distance conveying; Capable of adapting to various material characteristics and having strong adaptability to materials; The system has good sealing performance, reducing material flying and environmental pollution. However, the warehouse pump belongs to intermittent conveying equipment, with a discontinuous conveying process and a relatively large equipment volume, resulting in relatively high investment costs.

Mainly used in industries such as building materials, power, metallurgy, etc., especially suitable for conveying long distances and large quantities of powdered materials, such as cement, fly ash, mineral powder, etc.
